As part of an extension of the district heating network in Anger , a heavily used traffic corridor had to be crossed without significantly disrupting ongoing traffic.
A trenchless horizontal directional drilling solution was selected. This allowed the district heating pipeline to be installed beneath the existing infrastructure and enabled the planned network extension to proceed efficiently.
